Swimming

F4L Squad Swimming Sessions at Morpeth. 
Saturdays 3:15 to 4:15 pm – booking is essential as spaces are limited (starting May 2021).

Tri Northumberland Swim Sessions are being delivered by F4L Triathlon Coaching, these are adapted to suit abilities within each lane. Sessions will be structured with a warm up, technique work, endurance and speed plus a cooldown. We ask that everyone can swim 200m Freestyle without stopping (it doesn’t need to be quick!), can you also please bring your own pool equipment with you (Pull Buoy / Kickboard etc – don’t stress if you haven’t got any!)

Friday 7:00 to 8:00 pm – booking is essential as spaces are limited.

Are You Nervous About Open Water Swimming?
If you are a beginner or uncertain in open water swimming, this would be a great way to boost your confidence. Group open water swim session – working on skills and developing water confidence.

We ask that everyone can swim 200m Freestyle without stopping (it doesn’t need to be quick!)
Wetsuits mandatory.
